6. Bidder qualification requirements:

1. Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

2. Suppliers that are domestically registered (referring to those registered in accordance with relevant national regulations), produce or operate the goods purchased this time, have legal person qualifications, and have the "Qualification Certification of Prosthetics and Orthotics (Assistive Devices) Production and Assembly Enterprises" issued by the civil affairs department;

3. Unit leaders who are the same person or different suppliers with direct holding and management relationships are not allowed to participate in government procurement activities under the same contract. Except for single-source procurement projects, suppliers that provide overall design, specification preparation, project management, supervision, testing and other services for the procurement project shall not participate in other procurement activities of the procurement project;

4.
