3. Processing for urban employees: Bring a letter of introduction from the unit, personal ID card and copy, household register, 3 color ID photos, relevant disease information, salary slip, labor contract, and pension insurance to the county Disabled Persons' Federation.

4. When applying to the county-level Disabled Persons' Federation, the disability situation must be assessed: if the disability is relatively obvious and the disability can be clearly judged, the Disabled Persons' Federation can handle it directly. If the disability is not obvious, relevant medical record certificates from hospitals at or above the county level must be issued. Those with mental or intellectual disabilities must issue a certificate from the Municipal Psychiatric Appraisal Center. For hearing, speech, and vision disabilities, please provide village and work certificates, time and cause of disability, and a certificate from a hospital at or above the county level.

5.
